1.2 How to manage your Junk E-Mail folder
Step1
Log in to your web mail account at http://mail.yourdomain.ca or you
can get to the web mail interface at
http://mail.infologistix.ca.
Use your entire email address as your username.

Step 2
Click on your Junk E-Mail folder.

Step 3
If you see any legitimate email check the box to
the left of the message.

Step 4
Using the Actions menu click on Unmark as Spam.

Step 5
The message is (or messages are) moved into you
Inbox for download by your desktop client.

Step 6
If you wish you can read the message in the web
interface by clicking on the Inbox.

Step 7
The sender of any email Unmarked as Spam is also
automatically added to your Trusted Senders List. You can access the
Trusted Senders List by clicking on Settings then My Spam Filtering.

Step 8
You can add email addresses or domains to your
Trusted Senders list. Any email addresses or domain listed here are
whitelisted and receive a pass from the Spam Filters.
